Mandate
To assist the President both administratively and technically in effectively exercising his different roles and responsibilities as the Head of State and Government. Rendering administrative and technical support services to the President to ascertain the smooth and effective management of the Private Office and executive responsibilities

Functions
- Render administrative and technical support to the President to ensure the smooth and effective management of the Private Office and execution of his constitutional responsibilities;
- Provide expert advisory services to the Presidency;
- Fast-track developmental projects and coordinate with OMAs and interface with the Private Sector;
- Regular interaction with core implementing partners to deliver clear policy directives and receive information;
- Manage the President’s programmes and correspondences; and
- Manage the Private Office of the President.
