DEPARTMENT:  EXECUTIVE POLICY SERVICES, RESEARCH AND MEDIA LIAISON

Strategic objectives:

•    Strengthen Executive Support;
•    Promote image of the Office of the President; and
•    Ensure enabling environment and high performance culture.

DIVISION: MEDIA LIAISON

Functions:

•    Render Press and Media Liaison Services;
•    Produce and distribute Print and Web-based materials;
•    Manage branding activities;
•    Coordinate visits by members of the public to State House;
•    Manage the video conference facilities
•    Manage the Audio Visual Recording Studio; and
•    Capture and document photographs for Presidential engagements.

DIVISION: EXECUTIVE POLICY SERVICES AND RESEARCH

Functions:

•    Provide policy advice to the Presidency;
•    Handle general correspondences;
•    Conduct policy research and analysis on existing and new policies;
•    Provide feedback reports on the implementation of Cabinet Decisions; and
•    Prepare Executive Summaries for the President.
